Marvin Riley is the focused and direct chairman; he runs the meetings cleanly like an old schoolmaster. All visitors are imediately requested to sign in, and everyone who intends to speak on an item must be sworn in before they can do so. A mass swearing occurs at the beginning of each meeting.
(Myself being a schoolteacher every now-and-then, I mean "like an old schoolmaster" as a compliment!)
Apparently the City Engineering Office can send advance copies of the upcoming adgenda and last meeting's minutes only to the personnel and public bodies that are stated in law...

This involved a connected multi-unit building to be built at the rear of "Traditions," along the fence at the rear of the Chillicothe Country Club, right behind the swimming pool. The CCC had sold the property to National Church Residences and included a few stipulations in the deed. All was resolved amicably.
Passed without opposition, though there was some chuckling about the 'inches to spare.'
A comment was jokingly made that Gillums would be available to demolish an old house on the lot.
Warner Avenue is the easternmost street in Chillicothe on the north side of Main Street, just past Mt. Logan schools and before the commercial strip at the US 35 interchange. You can see an aerial view of the location from the county auditor's website, from which you can zoom in or out.
