View SE of west side of High Street between North and Kopp streets, between garden center and church, gone
Again, without the charming cottages, North High Street is denuded along this stretch. And, many people have lost their homes, two businesses have lost their locations, the architectural character of Chillicothe is lessened, our schools teach our children to care a little less about their community, and your tax money has profited the school demolition & construction industries.
