As it is for now, this is the so-called "greenspace" reserved by 40-year old zoning restrictions along Western Avenue, between the commercial growth west of Plyleys Lane, and the commercial growth at Woodbridge Avenue and University Drive. (Some object to calling it "greenspace.")
