A simple window below and Gothic window above, with iron bars in them, are in a stone wall with a fancy cornice.

Spring Street Facade Detail, Ohio Pen

The Spring Street facade (see "Gothic Gablet" and "Spring Street Facade Center") has plain, rectangular window in its lower three stories, while the added fourth story has Gothic windows with fancy caps. A deep cornice caps the wall.
